Before becoming an attorney, Carol was a Fortune 500 executive, a corporate CEO, an entrepreneur, a consultant, and a non-profit CEO. She led organizations through rapid growth and change, leading diverse teams and managing competing interests to consistently achieve winning results.
She has served as a board member and officer of numerous non-profit organizations in human services and the arts across the country. As a Santa Clara County Juvenile Justice Commissioner, she provides oversight to the juvenile justice system. Carol serves on the board of CHAC, a Silicon Valley community mental health provider, and chaired the board of directors of Planned Parenthood of Orange and San Bernardino Counties, a crucial provider of women's healthcare services and health education.
